　本学期是初中的最后后一个学期，在认真学习新课课程改革和结和本校实际的基基础上，制定出切实可行的教教学计划，在锻炼学生身体素素质的同时也要帮助他们顺利利完成最后的体育加试，助他他们顺利考取理想的高中。

　一、学生现状分析

　初三学学生处于青春发育的高峰期，，身体发育较快，个体形态发发展差别较大，男生活泼好动动，表现欲强，女生则趋向于于文静、内向，不喜欢活动，，针对女生这一特点，可选择择一些柔韧性强的运动项目，，提高她们的运动兴趣；还有有升学测试，运动量、运动强强度要大。

　二、教材的知识识系统和结构

　本学期教学内内容有：体育基础知识（篮、、排、足球的基础知识）田径径类、体操类、球类、韵律体体操及民族传统体育。最关键键的还是学生中考体育项目的的辅导，如何使学生掌握好中中考项目的正确运动技术以及及挖掘出学生最大的运动潜力力是这学期体育教学的重中之之重。

　三、目的任务

　1、、掌握基本的体育基础知识，，明确体育锻炼的作用，在锻锻炼中运用学到的知识。并不不断巩固和提高。

　2、进一一步增强体质，特别是柔韧素素质和弹跳素质以及速度的爆爆发能力。

　3、通过体育锻锻炼，培养集体主义精神，进进行爱国主义教育，增强自信信心，为终身体育打下坚实的的基础。

　四、重点与难点

　1、重点是必考项目：男：11000米，女：800米成成绩的提高。以及立定跳远、、男生引体向上、女生仰卧起起坐。

　2、难点是男生的坐坐位体前屈的教学方法研究。。

　五、教学措施与教改思路路

　1：随着学生身体和年龄龄的增长，可多采用一些对抗抗性的游戏。

　2：初中生对对抗性强，可采用一些教学比比赛，以增强学生锻炼身体的的效果。

　3：因材施教，分分组时采用根据身高分组或按按身体素质分组，以增强学生生的自信心，在运动中享受到到锻炼的乐趣。

　第十二周----第十三三周：中考项目混合测试与个个别学生的加强指导

　第十四四周----第十八周：中考考体育测试结束后的体育创新新教学与期末测试

　遇五一假假期或意外天气情况有关教学学进度和教学内容可灵活临时时调整，采取室内教学的方式式等。

　一：学生情况

　本学期九九年级共一个班50余人，他他们正处于青春发育的高峰期期，身体发育较快，男女差别别较大，男生有一定的体育运运动基础，课堂表现欲较强，，对体育运动有浓厚的兴趣，，但还不够稳定；女生积极性性不高，甚至课堂出现退缩行行为，练习的自觉性一般。

　二、教学设想：

　初三学生面面临中考，今年中考由去年的的45分上升到60分，所所以在本学期应以学生的身体体素质训练和中考测试内容为为主，多给学生运动空间，加加强学生的自我锻炼意识，在在课堂应改进教学方法，充分分发挥学生的主动性和积极性性。增强课堂气氛，使学生有有目标的去学习、去锻炼。

　定期测试，制定科学合理的教教学计划。

　早操训练安排排：

　1、三月份进行2000米和立定跳远的练习
