　2015年以来，**乡纪委在县纪委和乡党委的坚强领导下，按照中央、省、市纪委全会和县委*届*次全会的部署，聚焦党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争中心任务，突出执纪监督问责主业，创新方式方法，转变工作作风，更加积极主动、科学有效地履行党风廉政建设监督责任。下面就半年来的工作情况汇报如下：

　一、提升素质，高效履职

　加强政治业务修养，始终在思想和行动上与党中央保持高度一致。认真研究中央、省、市纪委相关文件和会议精神，牢固树立“依法治国、依规治党”的理念，结合实际创新工作方法，找准出发点和突破点，提高了落实监督责任、切实履行协助乡党委加强党风廉政建设和组织协调反腐败工作的能力。把坚决惩治腐败、有效预防腐败，推动科学发展、促进社会和谐作为义不容辞的责任，主动适应新形势新任务的需要，创新工作思路，狠抓工作落实，着力解决反腐倡廉建设中的突出问题，最大限度保护人民群众的利益，为全乡经济社会发展创造良好的政治环境，全面担负起党章赋予的神圣职责。

　二、防微杜渐，制度反腐

　五、深入开展廉政教育，增强拒腐防变意识

　加强正面教育，以先进典型为榜样，加强对广大党员的理想信念和从政道德教育、党的优良传统和作风教育、党纪党规和国家法律法规教育。以反面典型为广大机关干部敲响警钟，深入开展反腐倡廉教育，进一步推进廉政文化建设，营造“思廉、学廉、倡廉、促廉”的良好氛围，筑牢党员干部拒腐防变的思想防线，增强广大群众参与反腐的自觉性和主动性。组织学习《廉政准则》，增强干部队伍遵纪守法的自觉性性。针对今年村级换届选举工作带来的人事变动和出现的新问题、新情况，乡纪委对新任村两委班子进行了集体廉政谈话，增强了广大村干部廉洁自律意识。

　六、多措并举，推进廉洁建设
