某县林业局长述职报告

　200X年，我我在上级领导的关心和指导下下，遵照有关文件精神，经过过努力，采取有力措施，预防防和解决了综治工作中的有关关问题并取得了一定的成效。。现将本人在林业局综治工作作方面所做的工作述职如下：：一、建立健全了相关领导机机构及工作制度

　首先，成立立了综治及维稳工作领导小组组。为了进一步做好综治及维维稳工作，我们将综治和维稳稳工作列入了局重要议事日程程，成立了以本人为组长的综综治及维稳工作领导小组，成成员有六位同志组成，下设办办公室，由专人负责具体工作作。确保了人平不低于50元元的综治经费。

　第三，建立健全了相关关制度。建立健全了重大事项项报告制度、矛盾纠纷排查调调处制度、工作例会制度等相相关工作制度，做到每个季度度召开工作例会一次，每个星星期进行了一次矛盾纠纷和不不稳定因素排查。

　二、认真真落实了综治工作目标

　1、、制订了综治工作计划。林业业综治工作结合林业治安工作作、防火工作、交通运输工作作，生产安全工作，于三月十十日制订了《定南县林业局2200X年度社会治安综合治治理工作计划》发至基层，并并列入各单位年终业绩考核内内容。

　2、做好了国庆及““两会”期间的维稳工作。在在这期间，制订了24小时值值班制度，坚持每天向县有关关部门汇报情况，确保了国庆庆及“两会”期间的稳定工作作。

　3、开展了基层安全创创建活动。在林业局大院设立立了值班室，做到24小时值值班，并积极向院内住户宣传传治安防范各项措施。节假日日本人带头进行节前节后的安安全布置和检查，主动安排值值班。在林区入口设立了护林林岗，增设了通讯设备，制订订了安全工作制度。

　三、深深入开展了法律宣传教育工作作

　为了更好的宣传法律知识识，我局制定了干部职工的学学习方案，重点抓好了领导干干部、企业经营管理人员、公公务员等重点对象的法律教育育，并充分发挥防火宣传车的的作用，深入林场、林区向林林场工人及林农进行法律宣传传教育。

　为进一步做好预防防职务犯罪工作，我们制定了了《林业系统预防职务犯罪工工作的计划和措施》、《林业业局预防职务犯罪工作实施方方案》，成立了领导小组，建建立健全并严格执行了重大事事项报告、任职回避、经济责责任审计等制度，建立职务犯犯罪预警机制。同时，建立了了信息制度，确定基层林场主主要领导为信息员，建成了维维护稳定的工作网络。

　一年年来，我们在综治创安中，实实现了无非法集会、无游行示示威、无集体上访、无刑事案案件、无治安案件、无政治案案件、无交通、无火灾事故、、无家属子女犯罪、无职工住住宅财物被盗事件发生。今后后，我将继续按照县综治委的的要求，在县委县政府的正确确领导下，加强工作力度，为为确保林业系统的久治长安，，为林业改革改革创造一个良良好的治安环境而努力奋斗。。
