Girl Seagull was very beautiful. In the morning, she flew to the sea. The sea was her mirror. She looked into the mirror again and again, and believed that she was the most beautiful girl in the world.
When she was proud of her beauty, several swifts said,“If you were not work, nobody likes you!” “You envy me!” She went on looking herself in the mirror.
At noon, Girl Seagull flew to the beach, and pecked at the fish and shrimp dried there. Suddenly, the swifts said, “Lazy guy, we caught the fish and shrimp. You can’t eat them.”
Girl Seagull sat on the rock and cried. She was very sad, and was not pretty at all. Mother Sea said to her, “It’s glorious for you to have a labor habit. Why don’t you work with them?” Girl Seagull nodded.
Later on, a beautiful seagull appeared in the seabird worker team. She was Girl Seagull.
