2007年老年大学工作总结

　2007年，我校工作以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，认真学习贯彻党的十六届六中全会、十七大精神，坚持以人为本和科学发展观，积极开展和谐创新活动，突出政治思想教育、加强创建示范校力度、规范管理工作，提高教学质量、发挥学会作用，加强老年教育理论研究和档案、制度建设等方面工作。主要表现在以下几方面：　

　学校一贯把学员的思想政治教育工作放在首位。政治作为必修课，聘请市党政领导、有关部门负责人及专家学者来授课，坚持每月一课，内容主要是让学员了解国际、国内形势及本市近期内的中心工作。如4月25日，市委书记杨益民亲自为我校近千名离退休干部、老年学员做《又好又快地发展晋江经济的思路》的报告，杨书记的讲课既有前瞻性，又贴近实际，引发了老年学员们的思考，提高了学员的思想认识，老年学员们纷纷表示要为晋江经济发展再发挥余热。又如，5月25日，我校教务主任、原晋江一中副校长、高级教师高忠洲为老年学员做《关于构建和谐校园的思6月25日，副校长曾焕殊作《智劫泉州监狱》的报告，有很强的政治性，通俗生动，让学员深深地感受到要倍加珍惜我们来之不易的幸福生活。9月和10月，邀请了市委党校副校长许明月和市农业局局长吴鸿造分别作《学习胡总书记6。25讲话精神》和《建设社会主义新农村》的报告。10月22日，我校师生在新校舍会议厅收看关于十七大的新闻报道，集中学习十七大精神。今年我校还把学员参加政治学习作为年终评优选先的条件。

　学校始终不渝地把发展壮大自己作为第一要务，加强软硬件建设，办学规模扩大，专业设置增多，学员人数大增，教学质量有所提高。2007年，我校共招收学员215xxxx，比2006年同期的162xxxx增加了53xxxx，增长了3xxxx，开设了3xxxx专业，5xxxx教学班，新增了二胡器乐和家用电器两个专业。校领导班子抓住本校发展难得的机遇期，因势利导，开拓进取。在陈伏希校长主持下，今年分别召开教师、班长、学员座谈会和学会经验交流座谈会，在充分听取意见的基础上，强调学校要继续坚持解放思想，大胆创新，大力发展，充

　三、规范办学，向更高层次迈进

　今年我省将开展创建县、市级的示范校活动。上半年我们严格检查自身存在的不足，在档案的整理与管理，规章制度的修改完善、软硬件建设等方面做了大量工作。如全面修订规章制度，提高学校管理规范化程度。《晋江老年大学规章制度汇编》作了增补和修改。在实践中新修改的规章制度作为本校各部门、工作人员和各项工作遵循准则，使办学管理包括教学过程和主要环节管理进一步规范化、科学化、制度化。师生员工认真贯彻执行规章制度，学校各项工作和活动有序、顺畅、高效进行。6月份，我校还请市档案局工作人员协同我校工作人员加班加点，整理自建校以来积8月又采购两套多媒体教学设备，现在全校投影仪有4套，使教学条件不断完善。

　学校注重不断改进教学方法。教师们积极努力执行教学大纲和教学计划，认真备课，精心授课，坚持示范，耐心辅导和批改作业，而且自觉探索和总结老年教育规律、本学科教学规律，指导和改进教学实践，获得学员的尊重和尊敬。有的提出授课要使学员好学、好懂、好记、好用，不离教学大纲和教材；有的提出要根据学员不同要求、不同程度施教，基础班注意培养学员学习兴趣，提高班着重对学员有所引导，突出重点，坚持“少而精”的原则；有的特别注重实际操作演示课、实习课，使整个过程为学员所掌握；有的把教学内容与老年人的需要、喜好结合起来，多讲解、多示范、多启发、多鼓励，调动学员的积极性，发动学员互教互学、互相鼓励等，都取得了好的效果。

　为了进一步促进学员的学习，大多数学科也都进行了不同形式的简易测试，诸如功拳表演评比，保健、科普的知识抢答等没有压力的测试。

　五、充分发挥学会的作用

　学会是教学的两个轮子的一个，是构建终身学习的平台，也是解决老年大学新旧学员学习矛盾的办法。今年上半年对我校原有书画学会、中国象棋学会、南音研究会、太极拳研究会、演艺团、诗词学会、老年教育理论研究会做了大量工作，根据实际情况分别给予换届和充实，提高运作效率；年底拟新建摄影学会、法制教育学会。这些专业学会（研究会）、演艺团已成为课堂教学的延伸与补充，扩大了晋江老年大学的影响力，也成为构建终身教育体系的一支不可忽视的重要力量。

　六、“三个课堂”活动协调进行

　我校在搞活第一课堂（课堂教学、学校教育），提高教育质量的同时，还注意丰富第二课堂（开展社团活动、课外活动）和拓展第三课堂（社区活动、社会公益活动）活动。如1月和3月，我校太极拳、演艺团分别组队参加香港金紫荆花中老年艺术大赛，获得金紫荆花大奖、大金奖、金奖、大银奖计15项，为老年大学争得荣誉；4月份，校南音演唱团3xxxx人在陈伏希校长的带领下，赴菲演出访问，南音研究会带去的自编曲目《反腐倡廉》受到了在菲弦友的欢迎，此次访问演出，既交流了技艺，增进了情谊，扩大了晋江老年大学在海外的影响，提高知名度，还引起了4月30日和6月27日，我校分别举行了庆祝“五一”国际劳动节和庆祝建党86周年的大型演唱会，学员们以焕发的精神，嘹亮的歌声展示了当代老年人积极向上、奋发进取的风貌；7月1日，我校组织两个节目，应邀参加市委、市政府主办的到革命老区内坑砌坑村进行大型文艺演出，精彩的表演博得群众的热烈掌声；今年，演艺团多次到东石、安海、竹树下等地演出，并参加了庆祝9.9祖父母节sm广场大型文艺演出，受到群众的好评，“六一”节还与特教学校、实验小学举行10月3日，功拳专业的学员在常务副校长施宝川的率领下，到象山社区举行功拳汇报表演。组织我校在该社区晨练点的白鹤拳比赛，展示了我校功拳学会辐射周边的示范作用。

　2007年，学校的各项工作虽然取得了一定的成绩。但也存在一些不足之处，特别学校管理体制和规章制度的执行还存在一些问题，教师队伍建设，个别专业的教学质量，教与学的方法、方式还不理想，这些问题，今后都要着力加以解决。
