2011年老年大学工作总结2012年工作计划
在市委、市政府的大力支持下，我们外出参观学习了福建省老年大学、厦门市老年大学、金陵老年大学等学校的先进办学理念和成功经验。在此基础上，今年我们广泛调查研究，扩充教学内容、扩大班级,坚持学习与活动相互配合、相互促进，更好地满足了广大老年朋友们求知、求健、求乐、求为的多样化、多变性需求，在充实丰富老年人精神文化生活的道路上跨出了重大一步。现将2011年的教学情况简要汇报如下：
一、基本办学情况
一是教学内容进一步充实丰富。年初，我们在征求意见建议的基础上，对原开设的20门课程进行了适当调整，并新开设了多门课程。今年，开设课程28门，主要包括舞蹈、模特、书画、摄影、古筝、二胡、葫芦丝等，同时，把时事学习作为所有学员的公共课，不定期组织学习，先后就重要讲话精神、迎全运等有关事项进行了专题报告。
二是老年学员人数大幅增加。我们通过人员相互传达等方式，面向城区中老年人招生，以老年人为主，有的专业扩大到部分45周岁以上人员。通过宣传，先后有280余名新学员报名参加，加上原有学员，本学期共有1152人次在校学员。遵从大家选修的自愿和课程的实际特点，有的课程就分成了两个班来上课。
三是教育教学逐步向规范化迈进。对课程实行动态调整机制，一改过去同时开班的情况，而是条件成熟一个开一个。凡是新开设的课程，先试讲两堂，邀请选修这门课的老同志们进行听讲，合适的继续讲下去，不合适的，按照宁缺毋滥原则，果断进行调整。对所开设的课程，全部为其购买了指定教材和教案，如果是自行编写的，则根据实际情况打印后分发给学员。对每个班实行办公人员负责制。根据班级人数多少，为每个班配备了1—外名不等的班长，具体负责这门课的学习组织工作。
二、注重办学质量，增强学校凝聚力
教学质量是老年大学的生命线，只有依靠提高质量，才能对老年学员、产生吸引力和凝聚力。没有质量就没有生源。要保持学校旺盛的生命力，就需注重办学质量，在增强学校凝聚力上动脑筋， 努力做到千方百计抓质量，一心一意为学员。
一是加大宣传力度，提高老年大学社会知名度。办好老年大学要靠质量、靠管理，还需要加大宣传，让更多的人了解老年大学，积极参与老 年大学，特别是在新楼建成前要以多种途径，提高老年大学的知名度，邀请电视台等新闻媒体全方位、多角度的宣传老年大学，吸引更多的老年人走进老年大学。同时也积极取得社会各界的支持，形成“四面助老、八方抬教”的良好局面，进一步提升老年教育的社会知名度和影响力。
二是不断改进教学模式，满足学员多方面的需求。坚持以人为本，合理设置课程和教学内容，11年我们将大部分课程改为一周一次课。坚持低起点、慢进度、多直观、勤练习的原则，教学中突出趣味性。灵活性。以达到示范校标准的师生比例不低于1：40。任课教师按照这一总体要求，选用教材，编写教学大纲。特别是舞蹈、模特专业在没有固定教材的情况下，制定比较适合老年人的教学模式。
三、创新教学方式，提高办学水平
学员是老年大学的主人，他们所需所想，就是老年大学的努力方向，只有办好市老年大学，才能带动县乡镇老年大学的发展。调动学员积极性是保证老年大学旺盛生命力的有效措施之一。
一是在学乐为相结合，“抓学、带乐、促为”的总体办学方针指导下，我们积极组织学员参加一些社会实践活动，为他们提供施展才华地，发展余热、展示老年人精神风貌和实现第二人生价值的机会。学员们学以到用，奉献社会。也为宣传我校和对全市的精神文明建设起到了积极的推动作用，也是推进省示范校建设非常重要的一年。
二是按省示范校标准今年着手在全校范围内，现已征集能反映办学理念和特色、体现老教育内涵的校歌、校训和校徽，以调动学员参与管理的积极性。
三是教育教学硕果累累。年内，我校学员除在毕业班的演出等汇报中予以展示外，受相关单位邀请，在省市各大文艺演出中，受到了观众热烈好评。
2012年工作计划
2012年，是我市向区域性特大城市迈进过程中的奋进之年，我们必须紧密围绕党和政府经济社会建设的总体战略部署和中心工作，以科学发展观为指导，进一步振奋精神，不断开创全市老年教育和市老年大学各项工作新局面。全年，在抓好日常管理工作基础上，重点抓好以下几件工作。
一、举办庆祝新楼建成后各大系列活动
1、举办一次以庆祝新楼落成后的全校性文艺演出；
2、举办一次以此为题材的大型书画展。
二、开展老年大学规范化建设情况检查
为全面了解全市老年大学规范化建设情况，便于总结经验，找出差距，继续推动规范化学校建设。按实施方案落实情况进行自检，采取市、县两级联动方式开展检查，为2012年评比晋升省级示范校做好前期准备。
三、筹备建立学员管理委员会组织
提早着手筹备设置该委员会及其内设机构，选配好合适人员。逐渐完善学校的学员自我管理体制。
四、加大老年教育宣传力度，做好老年教育理论研究工作
1、要在广度和深度上下功夫，继续办好学校的“一网一刊一橱窗”宣传阵地，筹划中国《老年教育·老年大学》专页版面内容，制作一盘全面介绍市老年大学20年来办学经历和办学成就光碟。
2、结合全市老年教育工作实践，开展老年教育理论研究，争取举办一次全市老年教育理论研讨会。
1、积极争取解决教学用房问题，提高入学率。为适应城市老龄化发展，满足市区老年人学习要求，拓宽办学思路，适度扩大规模。在办好传统专业和特色专业的同时，拓展办学门路，积极地开设老年人所急需的新专业，根据专业特点随时开办短期班。到2012年，通过资源配置，扩大校舍面积，力争建成3000平方米的教学场地和有1500-2000名学员的规模，入学率由现在的不足2%提高到5%以上，与辽河油田老年大学同一方阵，优势互补，资源共享，同步前进，实现双赢。发挥盘锦市老年大学在全市老年教育中的示范作用。

3、要引进现代化教学手段，逐步完善我校的教学设施。急需配备的，争取在两年内配备到位；到2012年，各科教学要全部采用现代化教学设施，提高教学质量和办学水平。
4、努力建设一支相对稳定的、质量较高的兼职教师队伍。要完善教师聘任、管理制度，建立教师信息库，做到一科两备。在思想上尊重教师，在政治上关心教师，在生活上照顾教师，在管理上服务教师。
5、努力建设一支高素质的管理人员队伍。要加强对管理人员的培养、教育、管理与使用，健全考核管理制度和奖惩激励机制。要有计划地选送管理人员到高等院校进修培训，力争在三年内，把现有管理人员普遍轮训一遍。
6、加强老年教育理论研究。要设立老年教育理论研究部门，努力加强老年教育理论研究，探索老年教育工作规律。对全市老年教育开展调查研究、理论探讨、经验交流、成果展示，教学管理等业务指导工作。组织一次外出学习，召开一次理论研讨会，2012年召开一次总结表彰大会。
7、进一步加大老年教育宣传力度。要进一步办好《霞满天》校刊，搞好校内、校际间的宣传和交流。各班级要成立宣传报导组，建立宣传工作责任制，加强与各级宣传部门和各新闻媒体的联系，加大宣传力度，扩大社会影响，营造良好的舆论氛围。召开庆祝盘锦市老年大学成立20周年（1990-2010）大会；制作一部《发展中的盘锦市老年大学》纪录短片；编印《盘锦市老年大学校志》。
8、巩固完善全市老年教育网络。巩固完善两县老干部大学和华锦老年大学，使其具有固定的校舍和教学设施；有健全的领导班子；有可靠的经费保证；有完善的教学计划和管理制度；有优良的师资队伍和教学质量；有相当规模的入学人数。
大力发展街道和乡镇老年学校（班），满足老年人就地就近学习要求。本着因地制宜、形式多样、管理规范的原则，在经济发展较好的乡镇、街道先行试点，三年内，两县要分别试办1—2所。动员社会各方面力量，多形式、多层次、多渠道地兴办老年教育事业。
2011年，在市委市政府的关心支持下，在市委老干部局的直接领导下，深入贯彻中组发[2008]10号文件、2009年辽委办发[2009]65号文件、辽老办发和中共辽宁省委老干部局关于《辽宁省老干部大学评估办法》(试行)、《辽宁省老干部大学示范校评定标准》(试行)的文件精神，结合我校实际。以“争创示范性老年大学”为工作目标，较好地完成了2011年工作计划，老年大学有了新的发展，树立了良好形象，进一步提高了社会知名度。现将一年来的工作情况总结如下：
一、以示范目标为指引，坚持质量
1、坚持正确的办学方向，加强思想政治工作。为紧跟迅速发展的政治、经济形势的步伐，丰富老年学员的政治生活，始终把思想政治教育放在首位，不定期组织学员听时事政治讲座，把时事学习作为所有学员的公共课，不定期组织学习，先后就国际国内政治形势、全市经济形势等有关事项进行了专题报告。使学员及时了解当前国内外发生的政治事件，深层了解新闻背景。

今年年初，学校就制定了庆祝建党90周年活动方案，与辽河油田离退休管理中心、华锦集团离退处联合举办庆祝建党90周年大型演唱会活动。从文艺节目策划、创作到演出，指导老师和演职员都付出了辛勤的劳动。使得演出活动取得了圆满成功，得到了市委市政府领导的好评。
根据省委组织部、省老干部局，《关于全省老年大学开展创建示范校活动的通知》精神，结合本校实际，特制订创建示范校工作方案，使创建活动落到实处，把老年大学的各项工作做得更好，努力争取迈入全省老年大学示范校行列。
一、提高思想认识
通过学习文件精神，充分认识做好老年大学、老年教育工作和创建示范校的意义，增强投入创建活动的自觉性和积极性。真正抓住创建示范校机遇，创新老年大学发展环境，积极进取，不懈努力，使我市老年教育上一个新台阶，在促进全市经济社会发展和构建和谐社会中发挥更大作用。
二、落实组织领导
为了做到组织落实，加强领导，成立创建示范校活动领导小组。成员有组织部、老干局、老年大学负责同志和驻校校务委员。领导小组统一组织领导创建工作，协调方方面面的关系，处理解决具体问题。其成员既分工，又协作，全力投入，尽职尽责。要向市委、市政府主要领导同志汇报，争取市委、市政府对创建示范校活动的重视和支持。
三、明确内容方法
创建老年大学示范校活动，既是一项长期的、经常性的工作，又要在今年下半年集中力量打好攻坚战。按照文件提出的“硬件从实，软件从严，注重过程”的原则，分步骤，有计划，脚踏实地做好创建工作，重在“创”字，落实“新”字，做到既在硬件建设上狠下决心，实现突破性发展，更从加强管理入手，在规范化上下功夫，提高教学和服务质量。真正把我市老年人大学办成广大老年人终身学习的校园，晚年生活的乐园，温馨和谐的家园，老有所为的田园，成为新时期老干部工作、老龄工作和和谐社会的新亮点。
1、抓好宣传发动。要通过多种形式，把创建全省老年示范校活动的意义、目的、内容、方法广为宣传，向老校师生宣传，向社会各界宣传，争取领导重视支持，动员师生积极参与，要求社会理解配合，创造成舆论氛围，形成强大合力。
2、加强硬件建设。针对我校硬件不硬，基础设施与发展不适应的问题，利用今年市财政增加办学经费的契机，节省日常开支，集中财力抓好硬件建设，下功夫改善办学条件。要增加电脑班教学图影设备；要通过师生捐赠和民营企业赞助，添置20台电子琴和20把二胡，新办起两个器乐班；要争取文体、民政部门支持，在校园里增设一、二套健身器材；要利用师生捐献和市图书馆开设流动书柜，使校图书室藏书达到五、六千册；要增添桌椅和其它必需的教学设备，粉刷教职工室，整理美化老年校园文化休闲中心，使校容校貌焕然一新，切实改善教学环境和条件。
3、扩大办学规模。要顺应人口老龄化的新形势，为不断增容扩班，扩大办学规模，让更多的老年人走进课堂，在老年大学度过既颐养康乐，又进取有为的晚年生活。要通过重点单位招生，坚持以老带新体制和开辟乡镇、社区生源等形式，巩固老学员，发展新学员，使今年秋季招生报名学员达到500人左右，开设班次15个以上，并坚持开设时政课和百家讲坛，使各班在校学员达到600多人次，基本满足老同志的实际需求。
