物价局文明单位创建总结

　以创建文明单位为载体,造就一一支高素质物价队伍文明单位位创建是加强政治文明、精神神文明建设的重大举措。近年年来，我局干部职工以“三个个代表”重要思想为指导，以以“学习实践三个代表，做人人民满意公务员”活动、“创创优美环境流动红旗竞赛活动动”和“诚信邯郸”活动为载载体，扎扎实实地开展了文明明单位创建活动，并取得明显显实效。下面，将我们的主要要做法向各位领导和同志们作作一简要汇报：1、抓学习，，积极创建学习型机关。为增增强队伍素质，弘扬良好的学学习风气，全局每周五政治业业务学习雷打不动，做到学习习内容有计划、学习时间有保保证、由机关党委考勤，采取取讲课、看录像，集中学习的的方式系统学习了“关于加强强和改进党的作风建设、“三三个代表”重要思想、党的十十六大精神、公务员行为规范范等理论知识。针对我市物价价系统几年来新增人员比较多多，业务比较生疏的现状，组组织处室长上业务课，组织微微机培训和英语培训，通过多多层次、多渠道的学习培训，，提高了全局干部职工的理论论、业务水平，全局上下比学学习、比能力、比业绩、比奉奉献的风气更加浓厚，提高了了队伍的整体素质。2、抓活活动，提高综合修养。一年来来，为活跃机关气氛，增强机机关干部的战斗力和凝聚力，，展示物价队伍形象，我们组组织了“市物价局迎新春联欢欢会”、“三八妇女节座谈会会”、“八一建军节联欢会””等活动，组织了乒乓球比赛赛等丰富多彩的文体活动。组组织全体党员到“129”师师司令部旧址重温入党宣誓，，召开了庆“七一”表彰大会会，教育广大党员干部时刻牢牢记我是一名共产党员，用行行动诠释入党誓言，充分发挥挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用用。通过组织一系列活动，营营造了团结紧张，严肃活泼的的良好氛围。为创造良好的工工作环境，我们认真贯彻落实实《市直机关容貌综合整治标标准》，明确由一名副局长负负总责，办公室为主管处室，，一名办公室主任为主办人员员，各处室划分了详细的卫生生区域。实行了“卫生流动红红旗”活动，制定了各处室评评分标准，定期检查，公布名名次，前三名由一把手授旗。。经过各参赛单位互查、联查查，我局被市直工委命名为““创优美环境流动红旗单位””。我局干部王振峰因患重病病住院，牵动了全局同志的心心。为此，倡导了“向王振峰峰同志献爱心”活动，全局的的领导和同志们纷纷伸出了友友谊之手，短短两天，全局就就捐款近5000元。当把捐捐款交给王振峰时，振峰同志志感动的泣不成声，他母亲眼眼含热泪，连连地说：感谢物物价局的领导，感谢物价局的的同志们。3、抓作风，提高高整体战斗力。为建立一支政政治强、作风硬、业务精、纪纪律好的物价队伍，我们从思思想观念、工作作风、组织纪纪律、执法水平、廉政建设等等方面找差距，查问题，定措措施。一是严格工作纪律，实实行严格的考勤制度，要求干干部职工每天提前10分钟到到岗打扫卫生，营造了“环境境优美、心情愉快、团结和谐谐，待人热情、紧张有序”的的工作环境，二是加强行风建建设，把物价工作的监督检查查、价费管理、价格举报等科科室确定为“窗口”单位，实实行挂牌上岗、持证检查；推推出“一张笑脸、一声问候、、一把椅子、一杯茶水”的““四个一服务”，规范物价干干部文明用语和工作忌语。把把市、县两级物价部门的行风风评议工作同部署、同检查、、同考核、同奖惩，不搞形式式主义，不做表面文章，从全全面夯实基础工作做起，认真真进行文秘家园了整改。通过过活动，取得了与民有利、与与己有益、政府满意的明显效效果。三是加大反腐倡廉工作作力度，在全市物价系统明示示“100-1=0”的执法法警戒线，叫响“想事、干事事、干成事、不出事”的口号号，增强广大干部拒腐防变和和抵御各种不正之风的能力。。制定了《邯郸市物价局廉洁洁自律五条禁令》如严禁工作作日中午喝酒，晚上酗酒。严严禁参加各种经营场所的不健健康活动。严禁在被查和定价价单位吃、拿、卡、要、报。。严禁着装到娱乐场所和酒店店娱乐、就餐。严禁违犯程序序擅自批费定价。凡违反者给给予待岗处分，处室长自动辞辞职。4、抓制度，提高工作作水平。通过认真总结以往的的管理经验和教训，我局对机机关管理方式进行文秘家园了了大的改进，本着“简明、好好记、管用”的原则，进一步步健全完善了学习、工作、会会议等２８项制度，如《卫生生制度》、《学习制度》、《《内部督查制度》、《执法责责任制度》、《廉政建设回访访制度》、《执法过错责任追追究制度》、《第一接待人和和第一经办人制度》、《卫生生流动红旗制度》等，装订成成册，人手一册。各项规章制制度既有严厉的一面，又具备备了较强的亲和力，更加便于于大家遵守，同时也更加激发发了干部职工的工作热情，涌涌现出一批工作带头人和工作作模范，形成了“雷厉风行、、快速反应、廉洁高效”的战战斗作风和清廉、高雅、和谐谐、规范的优良局风。5、抓抓服务，树形象，体现文明单单位创建成效。按照“给政府府分忧，替百姓说话，为发展展服务”物价工作新理念,把把维护公平竞争和价格秩序，，营造良好的价格环境作为物物价工作的中心任务。一是开开展了“心连心活动”，真正正为企业办实事，搞服务。全全系统确立了200家民营企企业作为固定联系点。明确了了为企业服务的内容、措
