[摘要]本文通过分析当前阅读理解题型，得出一些方法去应对其中的语义判断题型，并且以练习中的实例来说明一我们可以用通过找近义词的方法；通过找反义词的方法；通过词形即通过构词法来判断含义的方法，通过上下文含义判断的方法去解决问题，得到分数。

我们当前阅读理解题型一般为：语义题；主旨大意题；推断判断题；细节题；作者的观点和态度题以及文章结构题，其中语义题主要考查文章中出现的词，词组的意义或句子的含义，考生需要推断出生词的近义词，短语的引申意义；句子主要考查根据上下文推断句子的含义，但是，在高中现阶段的英语阅读考试中，主要考查对生词含义的推断和理解，这些生词一般是那些对文章理解有影响的词汇，或者是考查一词多义的单词在文章中的理解，要求你通过阅读文章，并从中推断该词在句中的确切含义。
总的来说，笔者认为推断生词含义的方法有：通过找近义词的方法；通过找反义词的方法；通过词形即通过构词法来判断含义的方法，通过上下文含义判断的方法，下面我以实例来说明。
一、通过上下文含义推断的方法

题目：The underlined word“capture”probably means_______B A.encouraged B.attracted C.frightened D.understood根据斜体字would see我们可以推断知道：capture含义为：attracted只有被事物所吸引了，才会想要去看，所以答案就出来了。
二、通过找近义词的方法

根据斜体字drought我们可以知道：scarce含义为：much lessthan needed
因为drought为干旱的含义，所以很容易就知道降雨量比正常值少，从而就可以推断出scarce的意思为much less than needed。

三、通过找反义词的方法

题目：The underlined word“elaborate”in paragraph 2 probablymeans B______
A.省略plex C.difficult D.different
根据斜体字simple可知道这个事物是从简单到复杂的，所以后面这个词肯定与它相对应，因此就可以推断出elaborate含义为：complex。
四、通过词形即构词法的方法
She has designed and managed proj ects including planning，implementation，and course materials development as well as internalrecruiting，pemonnel training and fundraising
题目：The underlined word“fundraising”in paragraph I probablymeans A______
A.raising funds B.improving funds
C.increasing the number of fund D.founding a new organization
根据词形知道它是合成词，由fund和raise合成，那就可以推断出此词含义肯定与之有关，所以推断出答案为：raising funds。
从以上这些实例，我们不难看出通过找近义词的方法；找反义词的方法；通过词形即通过构词法来判断含义的方法，通过上下文含义判断的方法，得出正确答案的是不难的，因此，也希望学生们可以掌握它，克服此类问题。
