　 11月18号下午，张总针对前段时间公司内部工作状态、风气，特别召开了一次全体质量保证部员工的工作会。会上通过学习张总讲话的精神，受益匪浅，同时结合此次会议内容，联系自己思想、学习、工作及生活实际仍然存在很多问题。

　 一、在工作上，通过自我反省，在工作中主要有以下几个方面：1、缺乏主动性。领导交代了会积极去做，做完了往往就会放松下来，没有积极主动地承担起这份责任。2、缺乏服务意识。没有尽职尽责的做好一名质量人员应做的，在与业务伙伴沟通时态度、技巧，依然有很大的欠缺。

　 二、在学习上，1、主动学习的意识弱，自觉性差。2、学习只流于表面，与实际结合得不够深入。

　 三、在责任上，不管对工作、生活，都缺乏强烈的责任感，容易自我满足，觉得做到领导要求的，做到应该做的就行。被这样的思想所误导，到了最后才发现，其实最基本最简单的本职工作都没有做好。

　 通过这次的自我剖析、自我批评与反省中，发现了自己很多的不足，找对了问题，也找到了产生问题的根源，认清今后努力的方向，要在今后的工作、学习中努力克服自己存在的不足。1、抓住时间，不放过任何学习、锤炼自己的机

　 批评与自我批评范文一 从被确认为预备党员以来，在党组织的引导培养和支部内同志的熏陶影响下，本人各方面的思想意识和觉悟水平有了很大的提高，但是真正地以党员的严格标准来衡量自己时，我发现自己还存在很多很多问题，以下我将从自己的思想、工作、学习、生活四个方面分析自己的不足之处。这些问题也是作为一名即将成为学生党员的我尽力要改正的。

　思想方面，我觉得自己对政治的理论学习缺少全面性，没有将加强自我学习提高政治素养放在完善自我的高度。对政治理论学习的放松也使自己对“三个代表”重要思想精神实质领会不够理解不够深入，导致对自身世界观、人生观和价值观自我改造重

　 视不够，从而使思想水平在较低层次徘徊，看待问题、分析问题，解决问题能力明显不够。

　工作方面，目前自己在一家会计服务公司实习，对学校的活动缺乏热情，缺乏积极性主动性，同时还缺乏应有的科学态度和求实精神，在很大程度上还局限于旧的思维定势和管理模式，因而在科学发展观的贯彻落实上，把思路转化为部署、把部署转变为行动、把行动转变为实效的总体效率不高。

　学习方面，大四的课程相对减少了，这也导致自己在学业上有所放松，对专业知识缺乏系统的整合，对自己要求也不够严格，虽然自我反思能力还行，但是总是找这样那样的理由，给自己下台阶，自我开脱，自我安慰，习惯了“下不为例”。平时去图书馆阅读较少，在学习上相对来说还是比较被动，观念上也知道要将“要我学”转向“我要学”，但是很多方面还是做不到，理论还是慢于实际行动。

　生活方面，实习工作让我每天早出晚归，平时自己在生活中缺乏主动去关心别人，这也大大减少了与同学的交流。在这个大家庭中，我总感觉自己扮演着被照顾的角色，有时甚至感觉自己现在都已经是一名社会人，而不是一名学生，我知道这样的心态是不对的，所以在接下去的难得和室友一块的日子里我要学会懂得主动体谅和关心别人，让自己变得更加坚强独立。

　成功是属于有准备的人，在慢慢适应学习环境的过程中，我会从自己的个人兴趣爱好、思维方式、知识结构、拼搏精神等多方面全面综合，充分利用平时的闲暇时间去做些有意义的事。作为一名预备党员，我在接下来为数不多的大学生活中要不断地严格要求自己，并认识到自己的不足之处，敢于批评和自我批评，改正存在的不足之处，更加明确地了解自己，不断地完善自我、提高自我。

　 还挺形象的，意思就是说可以把自己够不着的，看不见的地方统统擦干净。政委也说，批评别人是一种担当，因为你愿意指出他问题的人必定是你信得过的人，愿意为他负责的朋友。而能够接受别人的批评更是一种胸襟，可以说，每个人都有其自私、功利、尊严的一面，如果没有开阔的胸襟，是永不会接受和容忍别人的批评和不同意见的。

　这几天正好开展年终总结，部门里也开展了这样的一次活动，虽然是形式上的要求，但大家还是能够认真对待。在这一年里，我们做过许多事，当然也就总结了不少的经验教训。只要是活着，我们就或多或少的存在这样或那样的问题和不足，这个我认为没有关系的，正如所说的人无完人

　 的道理，重要的是我们敢于正视自己的缺点和错误，能够虚心接受别人的批评和建议。今天，别人对我的批评是：1、要加强学习，特别是公文写作、新闻写作的能力。2、不要甘于平庸，要尽量发挥自己水平和优点，更多的展现自我。3、管理上要大胆，少点老好人思想。呵呵，虽然也是不痛不痒，但很感谢这么多老大哥，好朋友对我的错爱和批评，我一定会坚决改正错误，争取更大进步的。哈哈。最该批的是小余这个家伙，老是虎视眈眈的想拉我加入他们股。呵呵，多累呀，不是我不能去干好，而是感觉没必要。我现在的思想已经开始变懒了，哪有当初的那股激情呢？同样是一种生活，我感觉我现在的工作虽然干的都是杂事，但是我有更多的空间去沉淀自己的思想，想想自己的事。也是挺好的呀。因为我的未来和想法永不满足于现状的，只是，时机还未成熟，我们就应该学着放低自己的心态，放慢自己的脚步。

　 岁月如梭，2013年即将和我们挥手告别，光阴似箭，2014正向我们走来；在感慨时间飞逝的同时，回顾这一年，仿佛历历在目，有过处理疑难故障后成功的喜悦，也有过和因工作意见不一致与同事产生分歧争吵，也有过因没有完成领导交办的工作任务而感到深深的自责，也有过因某种原因想到过放弃，总之在这一年里，我经历了酸甜苦辣，正因为这些人生的调味品，才使我们的生活变的丰富多彩，才使我成长了很多，同时也磨练了我的思想意志，提升了个人管理能力，当然这和领导的帮助和同事们的支持是分不开的，在此我深深的感谢！

　 作为一名电仪科副科长，我深感自身责任重大，不仅要做好部门内部管理工作，更要做好领导的参谋助手，还要做好各车间检修技改落实跟踪，电仪维修费使用情况统计，并还要做好现场的安全检查、联锁检查，电仪设备档案管理等工作，这些点点滴滴汇总成我这一年的工作成绩，回顾这一年的工作历程，现将工作总结汇报如下：

　 一、2013年度做的几项重要工作：

　 一）检修方面

　 1、对35kv变电所进行了全面的检修工作，对10KV、35KV高压柜真空断路器分期分段的进行了检修、清扫，对综合保护装置参数设置进行了消缺，排除了高压柜检修中发现设备隐患，保证了四厂全年的供电核心正常运行，为2013年全厂的正常生产奠定了基础。

　2、自煤场交接后，我们对煤场所有电动机进行了检查维修，因煤场环境恶劣多台电动机轴承进入煤粉，我们一一进行了拆开轴承清洗，加油润滑；并对存在安全隐患的电动机进行了更换。

　 3、对煤场堆取料机上多个连锁限位不起作用的问题，进行了全面检查，更换了5个限位开关，取消了7个强制点，确保了堆取料机联锁正常；对皮带走廊及中转地坑内照明进行了维修与更换，共计30多盏。

　 二）现场管理方面

　 1、2013年在领导的带领下，我们对现场及配电室内电气设备的供配电系统图进行了进一步完善、杜绝重大电气事故及人身事故，减少一般事故，出色完成了将一般事故控制在1次及以下，确保了各车间供、配电设施正常运行的目标。

　 2、为保证设备巡查的真实有效性，杜绝员工伪造记录的现象，重新修订了各车间现场电气设备的巡查及点检制度流程，确保检查、巡查记录的真实有效。

　 三）综合检查方面

　 在2013年的检查整改中，每月均对各车间组织一次电仪综合大检查，配合参加公司级安全检查一次，增加了现场检查力度，通过检查共查出1591项整改项比2013年多841项。通过检查，及时有效的发现了各车间电气仪表存在的问题，使其得到了及时有效的整改，消除了设备隐患；例如煤场2#堆取料机动力电源中间接线箱处电缆外皮开裂，导电部分直接裸露在空气中，绝缘损坏严重，如果下雨时会出现相间短路造成严重事故；还有2#堆取料机与108—111皮带联锁无法投入使用； 因109皮带跑偏跳停，联锁无法投入108皮带无法自动停止，导致108皮带下料口堵料等诸如此类的整改项，如果这些整改项得不到及时处理，则会慢慢发展成严重事故，通过班组讨论，制定整改措施，所有整改项整改完成全部关闭，避免了设备故障的发生，保证了各车间生产的正常。

　 四）设备运转率方面

　 1、截止2013年12月23日四厂因电气仪表事故导致全部和局部停产时间共计3132分钟，电仪设备运转率为99.39%，比2013年提升了一个百分点，较好的完成了制定的保证电气设备运转率96%以上的目标计划，为完成全年的生产计划奠定了基础。

　 五）备品备件方面

　 2013年各车间共提报电仪备品备件材料计划近400项，出库率在99%以上，2013全年未因电仪备品备件问题造成一起停产事故发生，保证生产的安全，为四厂电气仪表设备的正常运行提供了保障。

　 二、在日常工作的同时，也发现了诸多自身的不足。

　 下面就自己几点不足总结如下：

　 1、创新意识不强

　 创新工作手段不多，因循守旧、惯性工作方式偏多，工作主动性不足，人员管理水平有待于提高，管理理念要进一步加强，没有有效地调动班组成员参与管理、参与创新的积极性。

　 2、原则性不强

　 在日常班组管理过程中，对发现员工违纪现象，存在老好人思想，时常睁一只眼，闭一只眼，不按规章制度考核，导致落实工作流于形式，制定的制度、政策等不能有效发挥作用，造成班组纪律松散。

　 3、发现问题的能力不够

　 现场组织的检查中对一些不规范项不能及时发现，领导发现问题后才引起自己的注意，这充分表露出自己对细节考虑的不够细致到位。

　 4、 工作中没有主动学习的意识

　 缺乏自我学习。往往只有在遇到工作难题的时候才去查找学习，造成了自身进步慢，自身

　 知识掌握有很大的局限性。

　 5、沟通不到位

　 在工作的过程中，与领导、同事们沟通较少，有些问题因没有及时沟通，导致工作延误，给部门工作带来被动。

　 三、针对以上不足，制定以下改进措施：

　 1、端正自己的工作态度，调整好自己的心态，加强主动工作意识，制定合理工作计划，经常自我批评，来提高工作标准。

　 2、今后工作中加强部门员工约束力，不徇私舞弊，严于律己，严格按照公司规章制定执行，创造一个纪律严明、优秀的班组。

　 3、今后多与领导、同事沟通交流，增加彼此了解，做好上传、下达工作，及时执行领导的工作安排，认真做好本职工作。

　 4、低调务实的做好每项工作，虚心学习别人的优点，改正自己的缺点，使自己不断进步。

　四、2014年的工作计划及保障措施

　 2013年即将成为过去，只能起到借鉴的作用，历史无论是辉煌还是失败都是无可改变的，“查找不足赶先进，立足根本争先进”让我们在总结中互相学习，看到自己与别人的差距，借鉴别人好的方面，而2014年才应是我们应该面对和认真对待的一年，下面我把2014年的工作计划和保障措施汇报如下：

　 1、设备维护、保养方面：

　 协助领导制定2014年度各车间现场电气、仪表检修计划，指导各车间电仪班组做好2014年度检修、保养，并严查检修质量，杜绝二次返工，并做检维修记录，更新好设备台账。4月份完成四厂各车间内所有防雷装置、静电释放装置及接地体电阻的测量工作。做好电仪设备的春检、秋检工作，杜绝因设备未检修造成电仪事故的发生。6月份对各车间变压器的联络做一次校验，内容包括温度、轻瓦斯、重瓦斯、非电量等，及时掌握设备的运转情况，确保电气设备安全正常运行。

　 2、现场检查方面：协助领导加强对车间电气设备的管理，加强电气设备的检查力度，每月按照公司标准对现场电气设备组织一次的全面大检查，一次联锁检查，力争2014年检查项数达到2000项，检查结果及时下发，确保及时整改，当然检查项数不是目的，而是通过检查整改彻底杜绝设备隐患，真正做到持续改进，提升现场管理标准，确保设备完好。

　 跟踪各车间技改情况的完成情况及费用使用情况。对制定2014年技改计划的实施情况进行跟踪落实，按计划完成各项技改计划任务。每月28日前根据年初制定的计划汇总下月计划并发送车间进行意见反馈。同时对每月完成情况进行汇总整理。统计每月费用使用情况，形成记录。

　 3、设备档案建设方面

　 首先对职责内所有档案、台账汇总如技改、外协、报废等台账每月进行整理。并且着重对特种设备档案及台账进行重新整理。同时跟踪各车间的重点设备事故及维修情况，计划2014年对重点设备事故情况及维修情况进行跟踪记录，并形成课件作为设备维修和预防及培训的第一手资料，使2014年四厂生产区电仪设备档案更加完善。

　 4、节能降耗方面: 做到“修旧利废”工作常抓不懈

　 根据实际生产有计划进行技术改造，做到先废料，再余料，后领料的方式，严格控制大修、技改物资领用。对换下的废旧电气、仪表元器件集中管理并及时更新台账，逐台进行评估，确保“修旧利废”工作落到实处。严格执行公司 “修旧利废”考核规定，以提高员工“修旧利废”的积极性、主动性。

　 5、部门管理建设方面：加强部门日常纪律管理，杜绝违纪现象。制定合理有效的培训计划，对员工处理不了的问题现场进行剖析讲解，每月组织一次不懂问题汇总讲解，提高班组整体技能水平，并对技能水平最低的员工制定帮扶计划，并对帮扶效果制定奖惩机制严厉考核，杜绝帮扶应付了事；精心做好班组建设工作，积极做好人员的培训、培养工作，力争培养出2名具有班组长、主操作水平的后备人才；自身学习方面：加强专业技能的学习提升，多向科长请教，学习他们精湛的管理经验，使自己的综合能力方面更上一层楼，力争通过2014年的磨练达到中层管理水平。

　 新的一年意味着新的起点、新的机遇、新的挑战，我将会以全新的面貌，积极的心态，顽强的工作作风来面对来年的工作，争取取得更好的成绩。为公司的发展尽自己最大的努力。
